Send your hotel or motel financing request to Janover Capital

Answer the questions a hotel lender asks first. Your request goes to Janover Capital LLC, which runs this site and arranges commercial financing through lenders, including SBA lenders. A person on its desk reads it and replies. Nothing goes to a lender unless you agree to it after that conversation.

2You and the business

SBA Policy Notice 5000-876441 (published February 2, 2026, effective March 1, 2026), now part of SOP 50 10 8.1, requires every owner of an SBA 7(a) or 504 borrower to be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national living in the U.S.; green-card holders can't own any share. A "no" doesn't stop your request: Janover Capital also looks at non-SBA loans.

3How to reach you

Not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Janover Capital LLC is not a lender and doesn't make credit decisions; any loan depends on a lender's approval and terms, and sending this is not a loan application. Commercial-purpose loans only. If a lender pays Janover Capital on an SBA loan, the fee is disclosed on SBA Form 159; see how we get paid. Please don't send Social Security or account numbers.
